Cancellation Policy

02Before Your Order Is Shipped

1. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
2. A cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund.
3. Any request to change the size, colour, variant, product or any other order detail that requires the original order to be cancelled will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation charge will apply.
4. No cancellation charge will be applied if we have not picked up or dispatched your order within 72 working hours. This 72-hour period begins from the time you confirm your order with us on WhatsApp or over a phone call.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders, the cancellation charge will be deducted from the Rs. 150 advance paid at the time of ordering, and the balance will be refunded to you.

03After Your Order Is Shipped

1. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. If you had paid in advance (prepaid) and the parcel is returned to us — whether because delivery was refused, the order was cancelled in transit, or the parcel was undelivered — the following will be deducted from your refund:

   • Forward shipping charges
   • Return shipping charges
   • Cancellation charge (Rs. 50 or 3.5% of the total invoice value, whichever is higher)

   The balance amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All COD orders require an advance payment of Rs. 150, which is adjusted against your invoice and deducted from the amount payable to the courier at the time of delivery. If a COD order is cancelled after shipping, delivery is refused, or the parcel is returned to us undelivered, this Rs. 150 advance is non-refundable and will be retained towards forward and return shipping costs and the cancellation charge. In such cases we also reserve the right to disable the Cash on Delivery option on your account, phone number or address for future orders. You may continue to place orders using prepaid payment methods.
